Our Story

How we got started

S Squared Home Services was born out of a challenging experience. After a devastating house fire, Stacey (co-owner) struggled to find reliable contractors to help rebuild her home. Frustrated by the process, she and her long-time friend Steph decided to take matters into their own hands and painted her home themselves.


What started as a personal project quickly turned into a business idea. With Steph’s nearly decade-long experience running a painting franchise and Stacey’s first-hand understanding of the importance of trustworthy contractors, they knew they could make a difference. Combining their expertise, dedication, and passion for quality workmanship, they founded S Squared Home Services to provide homeowners with professional, reliable painting services they could count on.

“I hired Steph to paint the 18 feet ceiling type living room 1.5 years ago. Since then she has painted our 1st floor, bathrooms, top floor and basement areas.
